Short, soulful practices that deepen your connection with water:
Sunrise Grounding: breath-work + intention circle before paddling
Gratitude Float: pause on calm waters for 3–5 minutes of gratitude
Moonlit Paddle: gentle night glide with safety lights, intention/release moment
Sand Mandala: co-create a temporary beach mandala; let the tide reclaim it
Sea Salutation Flow: a 10-minute pre-paddle movement ritual
Letter to the Sea: write, seal (or eco-dissolve), and release intentions respectfully

Yes, beginners are welcome. Regular paddling is one of the best ways to build confidence and skill. However, since member paddles are not guided, the only prerequisite is the ability to demonstrate a self-rescue. We recommend starting with a one-hour guided session to learn the basics and familiarize yourself with the area — this ensures you can make the most of your membership while staying safe on the water.
