1. SALES & PARTNERSHIPS (B2B & B2C)

Role Overview

• Drive bookings, build relationships, and ensure no enquiry is lost.

• This role is the heartbeat of Sahasea’s daily revenue and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales (B2C)

• Handle all incoming calls and enquiries

• Respond to WhatsApp & Instagram messages quickly

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Follow up with potential customers

• Maintain a daily booking tracker

Partnerships (B2B)

• Reach out to hotels, hostels, and travel partners

• Build relationships with front desk teams

• Share Sahasea experiences & offers with partners

• Maintain and update listings on travel platforms

2. SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MARKETING

(Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Business & Tripadvisor)

Role Overview: Build Sahasea’s online presence and drive consistent visibility and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Post 1 Instagram post daily

• Share 5 stories daily (Instagram & WhatsApp)

• Capture photos and videos during experiences

Build a content bank of ideas, visuals, and captions

Platform Management

• Manage Instagram, WhatsApp updates

• Respond to comments and messages

• Update Google Business and Tripadvisor with photos, posts, and respond to reviews

Brand Storytelling

• Share real moments from the beach

• Highlight guest experiences

• Communicate Sahasea’s ocean philosophy

Guest Experience

• Welcome and assist guests at the beach

• Ensure a smooth and friendly experience

• Encourage reviews and repeat visits

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Enjoy creating content and telling stories

• Are consistent and disciplined with posting

• Have a good eye for photos/videos

• Understand Instagram and WhatsApp trends

• Are excited to work in an outdoor, ocean-based setting

Compensation & Growth

We’re looking for long-term team members who want to grow with Sahasea.

All roles begin with a 3-month probation period to ensure a strong mutual fit.

During this time:

• You will receive a fixed base salary

• Your final compensation structure will be aligned to your performance, consistency, and contribution to the business

Above listed roles are not temporary or part-time. We are looking for individuals who are ready to take ownership and grow with the brand over time.

Freshers are equally encouraged to apply, provided you bring:

• strong work ethic

Previous experience is helpful but not essential. The right attitude matters more.
