Sapiens of S.E.A

Support • Explore • Awaken

We spend our lives learning how to do things. How to read. Work. Earn. Perform. Achieve.

But there's a whole lot about being human that most of us are left to figure out along the way.

How to listen better. Speak more mindfully. Manage our time. Set boundaries. Ask for help. Navigate relationships. Deal with disappointment. Rest. Play. Change our minds. Begin again.

Sapiens of S.E.A. is a little weekly space to practice some of that together.

30 minutes, once a week, to talk, move, swim, paddle, create, breathe, reflect or simply check in with yourself.

Not because something needs to be wrong.

Because we're all works in progress.

Sapiens Across India

Not in Goa? Your weekly 30 minutes happens online through Soul Support.

Some weeks we might talk. Others might involve creating, reflecting, breathing or working with something you've been carrying around.

Sessions are shaped around the individual and may draw from:

Life Coaching • Therapeutic Arts • Blue Therapy • EFT • Breath work • Reflection • Mindful Conversation • Play

And while I can't send you the Arabian Sea through a screen, I'll do my best to share some of the wisdom she's taught me.

Why 30 Minutes Every Week?

Because well being rarely comes from one big moment. It grows through the little things we return to. Moving our bodies. Getting back into the water. Having someone genuinely listen.Practicing something weekly. Noticing patterns. Building confidence. Learning when to push and when to pause. Remembering to play.

Consistency gives small practices somewhere to take root.

Across six months, you have 24 opportunities to show up for yourself.

Small enough to fit into life. Regular enough to become part of it.

10 Years of Sahasea.

For a decade, we've watched what happens when people step outdoors, encounter the water, try something new, find confidence, play, learn and sometimes surprise themselves.

Sahasea has been evolving too.

Wellness has gradually woven itself more deeply into what we do, alongside the kayaking, swimming, SUP and outdoor experiences that brought us here.

Sapiens of S.E.A. brings those currents together.

Water. Movement. Nature. Conversation. Reflection. Play. Support.

And as part of our tenth year, we're making this membership deliberately accessible.

 FAQs

Gift a Sapiens. Sponsor a Student

Sometimes the best thing we can give another human is a little space for themselves.

Gift a Sapiens membership to someone you'd love to see move, breathe, talk, play or simply make more time for themselves.

Or sponsor a Students of S.E.A. membership for a young Sapiens who may benefit from regular support but can't currently afford it.

One is for someone you know.
The other can reach someone you don't.

Either way, your ₹5,900 creates a little more room for another human to Support • Explore • Awaken.

The First 100 Special Sapiens

I have a simple intention…

To hold space for 100 Sapiens.

Not as someone who has being human completely figured out. I'm still practicing too.

But I can share the tools, experiences, questions and wisdom I've gathered along the way, and perhaps we can become a little better at some of this human stuff together.

We're starting gently, with the first 10 spaces. One Sapiens at a time. One weekly space at a time.

Your 30 minutes. Once a week. Come, let’s practice being human together, and feel a little less lonely on our own.
