For students, stress, pressure, and unhealthy coping are real. S.O.S gives you a safe tide to return to every week so you can reset, reflect, and move forward with clarity.
- Sign up (with a valid Student ID).
- If in Goa: Choose weekly between
  - 30 min Kayaking at Hollant Beach, or
  - 30 min Swim Lesson
  - 30 min Online 1:1 Life Coaching
- Show up weekly for 06 months from your join date.
- If in India: Once a week 30 minutes online 1:1 Life Coaching/Counseling session

- Students studying in Goa • Valid Student ID required
- Kayaking conducted at Hollant Beach with trained instructors, PFDs, safety briefing & weather checks
- 1:1 sessions conducted online (Google Meet) or in-person at Hollant if required
- Min age 13+ (under-18s need guardian consent) | for those that might want to also opt for life coaching/counseling sessions. 4-12yrs can avail the membership for kayaking
- If you have a medical/mental-health condition, please inform us confidentially so we can support safely
- Respect self, sea, and others.
- No intoxication at sessions.
- Be punctual; safety rules are non-negotiable.
- Confidentiality is honored in coaching spaces.
Not every student can afford support. You can sponsor a 1-year S.O.S membership for ₹5,900 (incl. taxes).

At Hollant Beach, Goa. Timings are coordinated weekly (weather safe).

₹5,900/- Includes all taxes and 06 month access for either 30 minutes of sea kayaking/Sea Swimming or 30 minutes of 1:1 life coaching.
No. You’ll wear a PFD and follow a safety briefing accompanied by a guide.
No carry-forwards; your pass is valid weekly for 06 months—show up as often as you can.
This is a discounted community program; no refunds after activation. Transfers considered case-by-case before first use.
S.O.S is supportive but not a crisis service. In emergencies, contact local helplines or nearest hospital; we’ll still help you find resources.
