What is Sahasea, exactly?
We’re primarily a non motorized water sports experience provider in Goa that offers guided kayaking & stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP) in the sea & river. We help you safely explore the sea-whether you're new or experienced.
I've never kayaked or paddle-boarded before. Can I still join?
Yes! Most of our guests are first-timers. We offer beginner-friendly sessions with basic training, safety gear, and guides to help you feel confident on the water.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No, swimming isn't mandatory-but it's a plus! We provide life jackets (buoyancy aids) for all participants, and our guides are trained in water safety.
Is it safe? What if I fall in?
Totally safe. Falling in can happen-and that's okay! You'll have a life jacket, and our sit-on-top kayaks are easy to climb back onto. Our team is always nearby for support.
Is there an age or weight limit?
Generally, participants must be 4+ years old and able to sit steadily. We also have options for tandem kayaks if younger kids want to join with a parent. Weight limits vary by equipment (usually around 120kg), but feel free to ask us directly!
Can I come solo?
Absolutely! Many of our guests come alone for a peaceful, mindful experience. It's a great way to reconnect with nature and yourself.
What time do the sessions happen?
Our most popular sessions are at sunrise and sunset for calm waters and gorgeous views. Exact timings may vary by season, tide & weather
How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, including a briefing, paddling time, and some moments to relax, float, or take photos.
Where do you operate from?
We're based at Hollant Beach, South Goa-Goa's only sunrise-facing beach. We also operate from other scenic spots in Goa for River Kayaking, Location details are shared at the time of booking. Adventure travel experiences across the country
What happens if it rains or the sea is rough?
Your safety is our priority. If weather or sea conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule or offer a full refund. We stay in close touch to keep you updated.
Can I bring my pet along?
Yes, your furry friends are welcome to join you on the water! Pets are not charged, and many of our guests enjoy paddling with their paws
Do you provide pet life jackets?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer buoyancy aids for pets. If you bring your pet, please ensure their safety and comfort is your responsibility.
