Our swimming lessons are designed for both adults and children, focusing on comfort, confidence, and real-life water safety in natural ocean conditions. Whether you’re stepping into the water for the first time or rebuilding trust after fear or hesitation, we offer a calm, supportive, and personalised learning experience.

Swimming here is not rushed or performance-driven. We move at your pace, guided by the day’s sea conditions and your comfort level.

Session Details

  • Adults & Kids: Up to 60 minutes per session

  • One-on-one or small-group formats (upto 4 participants depending on requirement)

  • Conducted in shallow, calm ocean zones

  • Sessions adapted daily based on sea conditions

  • No. These lessons are suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to rebuild confidence.

  • Yes. Children are taught in shallow, controlled areas with close supervision and a strong focus on water comfort and safety.

  • Learning in natural water builds real-world confidence, awareness, and adaptability. The ocean teaches balance, breath control, and respect for nature in a way pools cannot.

    • Comfortable swimwear (swimsuit or rash guard recommended)

    • Towel & change of clothes

    • Drinking water

    • Sunscreen (especially for morning sessions)

    • Goggles or swim cap (optional)

    • Children may bring familiar flotation aids if already using

    • Please avoid loose clothing for safety reasons

  • That’s completely okay. Many participants start with fear or anxiety. Sessions are paced gently, with no pressure to perform.

  • Safety comes first. Sessions may be modified, rescheduled, or paused depending on sea and weather conditions.

  • Basic safety equipment is available when required. Participants are encouraged to bring personal items like goggles if preferred.
