Blue Immersion is a soulful 7-day journey designed to transform your relationship with water—from fear to flow. This immersive experience blends somatic practices, guided visualizations, and ancient ocean wisdom to gently restore your trust in both your body and the water surrounding you.
Through a combination of hypnotherapy, art, life coaching and conscious water practices, Blue Immersion helps you release fear and embrace freedom. Yes. This course is designed especially for people who feel fear, anxiety or discomfort around water. It’s gentle, supportive and progresses at your pace

Not at all. The course is about healing your emotional relationship with water, not swimming technique. Water exposure only happens in the final (optional) retreat, and always with guidance.

Weekly 90-minute live sessions plus self-paced journaling and reflection. Expect to spend 2–3 hours per week.

No problem. You’ll still complete the full course and receive all materials and support. The retreat is optional but highly encouraged if you're ready.

While Blue Awakening is not a clinical therapy program, it is a deeply therapeutic experience. The journey is held by certified practitioners including a hypnotherapist, past life regression therapist, psychologist, art-life coach, and sound healing guide. You'll experience a rich blend of healing modalities designed to gently support emotional, energetic, and somatic transformation.
